Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers via text message interface
  • Advising on the order procedures
  • Providing assistance with the web interface
  • Handling complaints and issues

Requirments:

  • Previous experience in support function
  • Advanced Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista, Win7, MacOS) knowledge
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (at least 2-3 per week)
