We are looking for an HR and Office Manager to join our experienced and friendly team in Tallinn. This is an excellent opportunity to improve a range of HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role for more than 1 year;
  • Proficiency in Russian, Estonian and English;
  • Knowledge of different HR and operational processes in a company;
  • Experience with HRIS (preferably Zoho People);
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google services, Confluence);
  • People and goal-oriented, attentive to details, responsible attitude to work;
  • Experience of work in an IT company or a start-up is a plus.

Responsibilities:

HR

  • Conducting regular face-to-face meetings with employees and resolving different employees requests
  • Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees
  • Managing our benefits program
  • Working with a local accounting consultant on different HR and office matters
  • Working with different HR documentation
  • Handling the recruitment process of technical and managerial positions
  • Organizing corporate and team building events

Office-related:
