Currently we're looking for a Recruitment Researcher to strengthen our team due to increasing number of new vacancies. Our ideal candidate should have at least several months of the corresponding experience. At the initial stage, you'll cooperate with a mentor to acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills. In the future, there's a possibility to grow and to become a Recruiter.

Requirements:

  • 6+ month of sourcing/recruitment experience in IT
  • Well-structured approach to managing candidates pipeline, processes, and own projects
  • You have good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Basic understanding of IT industry and technology
  • Strong written, presentation/verbal, and negotiation skills
  • At least Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:

  • Researching the market
  • Search, screen and attract candidates
  • Communicate with candidates (both active and passive, we expect you to keep in touch with them over time)
  • Making sure all Whirl Software jobs are posted and promoted on a constant basis
  • Maintain our candidate database
